The CSLA Student Leadership Certification Program provides students with national recognition for the leadership skills they develop throughout their school years. It offers a structured pathway to track leadership growth and celebrate achievements at the local and national level.

• Students in Grades 7–12 who are active in leadership roles at school and in their communities • Advisors and educators who want a framework to support student leadership development We offer a separate Leadership Advisor Certificate Program to help educators grow their skills to facilitate and lead student activity clubs, teams and programs in their schools. • Option 1 - In The Classroom: Students complete certification lessons and assignments as a classroom activity. Through a combination of our online platform and a classroom facilitation guide, educators can weave certification into their existing programs and classes • Option 2 - CSLA Workshops: Students can complete their certification levels through in-person workshops offered by CSLA. • Option 3 - Individual Online: Students can participate in the program online as individuals.

Students will: • Gain national recognition for their leadership skills • Build a leadership portfolio useful for scholarships, post-secondary, and future careers • Develop practical skills in communication, teamwork, and initiative • Earn certificates at multiple levels Schools and Advisors will: • Access a structured, easy-to-use framework to guide student growth • Strengthen student engagement and school culture • Showcase their students’ achievements on a national stage
