Classroom Model

Embark on your certification journey as part of your classroom learning.

Educators can register their class, club, or entire grade of students to complete their certification levels.

Students in Grades 7–12 who are active in leadership roles at school and in their communities
Advisors and educators who want a framework to support student leadership development

We offer a separate Leadership Advisor Certificate Program to help educators grow their skills to facilitate and lead student activity clubs, teams and programs in their schools. Our next cohort launches in November of 2025. You can register by emailing info@studentleadership.ca

Option 1 - In The Classroom: Students complete certification lessons and assignments as a classroom activity. Through a combination of our online platform and a classroom facilitation guide, educators can weave certification into their existing programs and classes
Option 2 - CSLA Workshops: Students can complete their certification levels through in-person workshops offered by CSLA.
Option 3 - Individual Online: Students can participate in the program online as individuals.

Students will:

Gain national recognition for their leadership skills
Build a leadership portfolio useful for scholarships, post-secondary, and future careers
Develop practical skills in communication, teamwork, and initiative
Earn certificates at multiple levels

Schools and Advisors will:
