Positive Post It Notes

Connect with every person in the school by putting a coloured POST IT with a positive message on their locker, door, or in their mailbox.

Two students, from St. Patrick’s High in Quebec, came up with the idea after watching Mark Scharenbroich’s “Building Connections”; they proposed the idea to their leadership class … Answer.. an overwhelming YES!

Many students left their Post It for over a week – as you walk by open lockers two months later, most have their ‘post it’ inside the locker. Kids and Staff loved the activity. Kids were respectful of each other and didn’t take anyone else’s special “POST IT”.

This has created a new saying in our school… If you loved Post It day…. Make a Difference and Post it on!
