Each month when the staff meeting agenda is sent out, Clayton Heights Secondary also sends out a Microsoft form called the Staffulty Award. Staff members can nominate other staff members for the work they do with kids, extracurricular activities, sports, or with in general for being awesome.
All the Staffulty Awards are read out to the staff at the meeting by the VPs. They then pick a winner for a gift card. It’s a nice way to be recognized and a nice way for the administration to know the hidden things that are going on behind the scenes.
On the Staffulty form:
1. First and last name of the person
2. Why they are being nominated.
Make sure to nominate your custodians every few months. Or your people in the Main Office because they don’t get the recognition they deserve.
