Staff appreciation doesn’t have to be expensive to make a significant impression. St. Patrick High in Quebec drew red hearts, that represented a teacher in the school, on banner paper. The leadership students then wrote in the hearts why each teacher was special (without putting the writer’s name down). The banner was then posted in the staff room.
