A unique way to thank a group of staff members for their help after an event is to take the “Duck Pond of Appreciation” around to their classes. Have them pick a duck from the pond, and with the corresponding number (written on the bottom) they win a prize. Have a single big prize of a $25 Tims card as the big “fish” in the pond.
