Exams are stressful for everyone, so anything that you can do to lighten the moo(d) is a good thing.
The Leadership class at Centennial High school in Calgary ran a fun activity as a de-stresser before their first semester exams. They brought in a children’s petting zoo at lunch time. There were sheep, goats, and bunnies. Lots of students came to see what was going on in the cafeteria. There were lots of genuine smiles, pictures, and chatter on Instagram and Snapchat. One boy said “This is awesome, I want to take the goat home with me!”
