Everyone in the school (including staff and custodial staff) receives a candy cane with a number attached. The numbers are matched with someone else in the school who has a candy cane with the same number on it.
The object is to find your partner and then take a picture with them and at lunch enter you are you’re partner into a contest. The kids in our school LOVE this and go all out to find their partner.
You can change the item and make it a Lucky Shamrock for St. Patrick’s Day – serve Lucky Charms in the cafeteria for those who find their partners, or whatever special day you choose.
